While waiting for my Heroes episode 20 to be downloaded, I guess I could spend some time on writing the continuation of my short holiday.
My Genting Trip with my friend from Blueserver was fun and exciting, everyone enjoyed it a lot, yea... Part of me feels sad when 3 days just went passed so fast, I wish we could have more time and money, then we can have more fun!!!
Day 1 - We met up at KL Central at 8.00 am, very early. =p After that, bought the tickets from our bus trip to Genting, the package we bought includes the bus fare and the outdoor theme park ticket for RM26, at the same time, bought the return bus tickets. Well, we meet up with everyone and waited for the bus to send us to our destination. Everyone was quite excited about it. XD
Around 9.40 am, we reached Genting, the weather on Thursday is just perfect. =) We head to the hotel lobby to check in, surprisingly there are many people there as well, queuing to check in. After taking the queuing number, we went to McDonald's for breakfast, since it is quite a long queue. The breakfast there is quite expensive, as you know, the price in Genting McDonald's is about 50% more, or something around there. Well, we are hungry so we just bought ourselves something to eat. We chatted and took some photos too, hehe... Have fun playing around and get to know a new friend, Simon aka kajun in Blueserver. After an hour, we headed to First World, waited around 10 to 20 minutes and finally get to check-in!
Hmm, well, we were quite curious how the hotel room is gonna look like, since it was recommended by the receptionist during the reservation that can fit up to 9 people. Well, surprisingly, the room is quite small, with three beds, two single beds and one queen-sized bed, and that's what you called "Triple Room". =/ After placing our luguage and all, we decide to not waste anymore time, theme park here we come! The fun and excitement finally begins.
Inside the theme park, not really crowded, we walked around a bit, deciding which ride to go first. In the end, we went on to the "Spinning Chair" ride, I forgot the name, but it is the game where everyone sits on a chair and the machine spin around and around. =p I like this ride, I can feel the fresh cold air, hehe... After that, we went to the Merry-Go-Round just beside it for some photo-taking session, apparently, some of us were dizzy after the ride because we keep moving around, lol. They decided not to waste any time more, so we ended up in Space Shot, I wasn't feeling too good at that time, so I didn't went for the ride. Well, they are surely having fun though, screaming all out when they were let go so high up. XD Continuing the excitment, we went for Cockscrew next, continuously sat for two rounds, one time at the front and anoter at the back, I love it! Hehe, whitey got a bit stoned after the two rides, lol. =p We took a short break after that, and found some kiddie machines that are free for play near the washrooms, we sat on it, play with it and took some photos, it was really funny. Everyone was hungry and it's time for lunch, so we headed by to First World Plaza. On the way, we took some pictures, nice backgrounds. =p We also went for another ride on Pirate Ship, I think it's a new game. It was extremely dizzy, as it swings you left and right like a big swing, I felt weird inside the stomach when the ship was moving, don't think I would play this next time.
We reached First World Plaza, looked around and finally decided to eat at a restaurant named "Asia Flavors" which sux. The cheese baked rice we ordered and saw in the picture of the menu is much bigger portion that what was given. The black pepper chicken rice does not taste like black pepper chicken at all. The drinks were so expensive.

After lunch, we chose to have some relaxing ride before going all crazy again. XD First of all, we went to take a ride on the Antique Car, I believe this is the oldest game in the whole Genting Theme Park, hehe... We basically bang on each other and took a few pics, however, it seems that the car is not really in good condition, we tried to bang into the front car where Whitey and Simon is sitting and the fuel from the tank actually spilled out. @_@ After the ride, we went for boating, we all thought it will be relaxing but ended up all of us felt so tired because we ride too fast! Hahahaha... After that, we went to Dinosaur Land, hang around the hanging bridge for quite a while, because the cold air just keep coming, blowing to us, feels so good. Darling told me that when we kind of shaked the bridge a bit when we were walking on it, a kid got scared and ran off, haha XD Well, took some photos and rest there for a while... After resting and chatting, we went to the merry-go-round nearby, named "Matahari", hehe... Moments along with darling, we hug each other tighly, as it was really cold and took some photos too. The funny thing was, Shannon(Nonnie) and Jason(Bombie) actually did a very embarassed thing while sitting on the merry-go-round, if you wanna know what, ask them! =p After the ride, it was pretty late already and everyone were tired, so we went back to the hotel and rest.

Around night time, I am not really sure what time, we woke up and get ready for dinner. Darling broke my comb due to his playful attitude and made me emo. T_T Well, he said sorry after that and then we went out for dinner, we had noodles that night, taste was normal. After the meal, we walked around First World Plaza, all of us were wearing the Blueserver T-Shirt, it looks quite cool, ya' know. =p We took some photos, cool photos =p and met with a few tourists from India and took a group photo together. We introduced Blueserver all the way to India, cool? Hahaha... Bombie suggested we take a walk in the park, so we went to a small garden near First World Hotel. The night is quite cold and very windy, once a while, you can actually feel the rain. We played a while outside and took some photos, all of them were blurred because the mist covered the whole screen. =( I have one cool photo which looks ok...

Hehe, after hanging around, we went back to the hotel, it was pretty late already. We played a few rounds of "Chor-Dai-Dee" and see darling and Bombie showing off their magic tricks. XD Off to sleep after a while, everyone was really tired after a whole day of fun and excitement.
Second day, we woke up quite late, or really late, when I woke up, I thought it was still early, since it was so dark in the room as all the lights are off and the curtains were closed tight. Well, apparently, it was noon already! We get ready, ate Maggi and went out to First World plaza. We went to McDonald's again, for brunch. After the meal, we went to the arcade, bought RM100 credits, because of the free gifts which includes a bear, free bowling game, free 1 try of skill game and some contest entry forms. Darling went to try out Time Crisis 4 as usual, but he didn't manage to win the game with 1 try, as he claimed. =p Well, we did played a few more games, then we leave the arcade and went to play bowling. The bowling game was fun, although I didn't play, darling did pretty well, fast learner. XD
After that, we went to the Snow World to check it out, the price were ok, so we bought tickets, on the way, we spotted a souvenir shop that sells necklace and handphone accessory which has a rice in it, it looks quite special, we went in, Nonnie and Bombie made a necklace each, so lovely, haha... I made darling a handphone string, since he lost the previous one I bought... Whitey made another for fishy as well, hehehehe... After that, we went in to Snow World, it was really cold in there, but we had lots of fun! Well, we throw ice to each other, darling and whitey keep chasing each other, hahaha... We took a few shots in the Snow World too, with the help of the people there, we bought 1 photo in the end, it was quite nice. Too bad, the giant slide inside were closed for maintenance, but we too have lots of fun with the small slides attached to the snow house in there. Haha... so cold, but so fun!!! XD Time's up and we gotta go.
What's next? Well, we went to bought ourselves a movie ticket at the cineplex. We gonna watch a comedy at 11.30pm, named Wild Hogs. Whitey and darling made a joke out of this, when darling ask what show are we watching, instead of getting the correct name, darling heard Wild Fox, then Wild Horse, hahahaha... Since it was still early, we went back to the hotel room and rest, we played cards and watch TV at the same time, that time, Greak Khas was showing and this is my first time watching it, well, I am surprised that Malaysian Police Force is so efficient, I hope that is not just an act. =p Another joke popped up when Whitey mis-pronounced Campbell as camel, whitey, what's with the animals? Lol. Around 11.00pm, we went down to the cinema, bought some snacks and then watch the movie. The movie was really funny, everyone in the cinema practically lol-ed. XD Nice movie, should watch, you won't regret it. After the movie, we felt a but hungry but don't really wanna spent a lot, so we went mamak-hunting as Whitey said there's a cheap mamak around some hotel's car park which sells food at the normal price as KL. We first tryout Genting Hotel, but couldn't find the lift to the car park, so we asked the security guard at the hotel lobby and the guard was kind enough to tell us exactly where the mamak is. It is located between the Genting Hotel and Highland Hotel, near the Genting Skyway, there's a lift neat the skyway entrance and the mamak is located at B5. We found that place and it was full of workers, policemens and security guards. The mamak is self-service type, so it took some time for us to get the food and drinks, the food there is just okok, KL mamaks are still better. =p After the meal, we went back to the hotel, played cards before we dozed off.
Final day, before we leave Genting, we still had lots of fun around the place. After checking out and placed our luggages at the hotel, we went to have brunch at Lake View Restaurant, since they are having promotion dim sum package at RM16.00++ per person. At first we thought 3 sets of the package would be enough but in the end we ordered another 3 because it's really just meant for 1 person. We chit-chatted a lot during the meal while enjoying the lake view (which is the theme park lake). After the meal, we went to the arcade and continue exploring and playing games there, darling actually grabbed a plushie, Tabby the cat (tiger), from one of those machines, haha. XD

Well, we played a lot of games, the best was when darling beat Time Crisis 2 without even losing a single life, cool? XD Hehehe... after that, we went to the Flysing Coaster before we leave Genting. It was raining when we were there, so we waited for a while before we can actually play the game. While waiting, we took some photos, unique ones...

Actually the shoes photos was taken on the first day in the theme park, but well, there were similar, so just put them together.
Well, the flying coaster ride was fun, I love it! I wish I could sit as many times I want but too bad it is not an unlimited ride. After the ride, it was almost time for us to leave, we picked up our luggages at the hotel and head to the Genting Skyway. Luckily the skyway is not packed, we get to sit on the cabel car after a short queue, the ride on the cabel care was fun too, we chatted a lot and took a few photos, Whitey's poses are gayish, hahahahaha... XD Reached the other end of the skyway station, it was still early, so we walked around the place and finally sat down at a cafe to play cards. We played a game named "Wu Guai" in Cantonese, direct traslation would be turtle or tortoise, the concept is to take other player's card to form a pair from your cards and the last person that got a ace of spades which has no pair (you will need to take out the ace of clubs before starting) will lose. It was funny to see the ace of spades being passed around hahaha... Around 6.30pm, the bus came and we finally arrived at Kl Central around 7.30pm.
That night, we met up again at the Cheras mamak, our usual yum cha spot to have dinner together. We were still chatting and talking about the trip, such a fun and memorable trip, don't you think so? XD
Okay, my hands are very tired already, I have been typing since one hour ago, I think... You are wondering why there are no photos being uploaded? Well, I decided not to upload any. XD Join us next time we have any trips, then you can feel it yourself, how fun and exciting it is, to play abd be crazy with friends.
