Mai Hime, Mai Otome, Mai Otome Zwei

Still lazying around at home, don't have the motivation at all... =( Recently just watched Mai Otome and Mai Otome Zwei, borrowed them from Matt after finishing Mai Hime. Although both series isn't really related, but somehow there are similarities here and there...


Mai Hime, I would say it's an old series by now, not sure how long ago. =p Basically featuring a group of girls having special powers from a star, those girls can materialize weapons as they need them to fight against the evil and a cursed destiny awaits them. In this series, friendship and love is emphasized a lot and of course, it ends in a happy way, good people get to live on a great life, bad people just stay away and back to where they belong.

For me, the beginning of the show is quite boring, that's why I stopped watching after 2 episodes when this series is newly released. As all the characters slowly develops, the story became more interesting, seeing how they unite and fight to protect their school. The later part of this series is the best, in my opinion, where all the girls are forced to fight against each others and how Mai tried to stop the battle and end the cursed destiny. It's a bit fake for the ending but there's nothing much that can be done, right? XD


After finishing Mai Hime, I am interested to see how the story goes for Mai Otome, which starts with a total new storyline but uses the characters and some power from Mai Hime. Again, it involves a lot of girls (lol), and the power source of this series are nano machines and Otome (Girls with nano machines) uses a gemstone to control their power to materialize weapon and armor. According to the story, the Y-chromosomes will react with the nano machines and cause them to malfunction, so Otomes can't have sex and naturally guys won't be able to have the power. =p

This series is faster in story development, thus it's interesting from the start to the end and even the OVA - Zwei is pretty much action packed. There are some comedy and love here and there but the story mainly focused on explaining how Otome powers came about and what kind of technologies are there in their world. This series shows more on what power can do and how it changes or shapes people, it involves different countries around the world, not only a school.

I personally prefer Mai Otome over Mai Hime and I feel this series is worth watching and collecting to watch again some other time. =) Both series have 26 episodes and the OVA (Zwei) has 4 episodes, thanks Matt for borrowing them to me. XD There's another OVA series coming up right? I saw the preview at the last episode of Zwei.

Kuma Kuma

Last two weeks, EdeNz and me went to the pasar malam near my house and bought this.

Haha, this plushie is named Kuma Kuma, don't know where is the origin though, either HK, Japan or Taiwan I guess, since those countries are famous for creating new ideas of cute stuff. =p Oh, I bet this isn't original, as this 2 + 1 more key chain costs RM10 only, the original would be at least RM10 each. However, who cares, it's cute, right? Haha... Now it's tied on EdeNz's and my laptop bag. ^_^

Steamboat, Hot!

Recently, my life is too uneventful, basically blogged everything I have done... So boring, but so lazy at the same time... Should I get a job and start working, get back to the normal hectic life again? I wish I could stay like this forever... >_<

Last Wednesday, EdeNz and me went steamboat for dinner after finish exploring the new Sunway Pyramid... Not much there, some expensive outlets there... Jusco just opened and many more shops still under renovation... Maybe another month or two the place will be packed with people. =/

Well, not the first time here, the food here are nice, lots of varieties and of course buffet style at just RM17 Nett per person, drinks included... Quite cheap right? I think you need around RM20+ for other similar shops nearby, like the one with the Honey BBQ Chicken Wings. XD S, where we went, hmm?

It's just beside Sunway Pyramid, quite convinient for us, just beside the exit of the car park. XD The crowd here is not as bad as the other places, there are people but not overcrowded, so good. =p Also, there are tables on the corridors, like mamaks, so you get to have fresh air and good ventilation, not that hot after all. XD

The food here is good as there are much more varieties than other places that I have been to, really a lot more. Hehe, you can take as many as you like, from raw meats, frozen food, vegetables, eggs, mushrooms, ... Impossible to name all, so many. There are a few type of drinks as well, orange juice, manga juice, grass jelly, chinese tea, water... Then they have cooked food like friend rice / mee / mee hon, chicken wings, other fried snacks... For desserts they have a few kinds of jelly, fruits and a huge variety of ice creams. Yum! XD

Just keep taking, cooking, eating any food you like, again and again, until your stomach is full. Haha... =p The shop closes around 12am, so you can basically sit there for the entire night, eat and chit chat with friends, not very noisy as well, a good gathering place. =) Maybe next time we can plan a gathering here...

Lunch at Sushi ZanMai

Kind of bored right now, so I decided to put up another entry, not about movie again, don't worry haha... XD On the same day I watched The Seeker, we had lunch at a Japanese Restaurant at The Gardens, Mid Valley, named Sushi ZanMai. EdeNz and I both planned to explore The Gardens on that day, so the day before I actually looked up some food review blogs and found that there are quite a number of Japanese Restaurant in The Gardens. Since we have not ate Japanese food in a while, so we decided to give this a try.

We arrive quite late, passed lunch hour I think, around 2.00pm. Not much people in The Gardens as it's not fully open yet, the restaurant is basically empty, with just another table of customers who are already leaving. Well, it looks the same for all restaurants there, so we just went in!

I would say the restaurant environment is great, decorations are nice, a mixture of traditional and modern style, with proper lightning, it's comfortable to dine in here. =) They also have the Kaiten belt which circulates sushis around the restaurant, the sushis are fresh and they have quite a wide range of choices, despite of having limited customers in the restaurant. Good, isn't it? No worries about keep ordering sushis when you wanna have some. Just grab and eat. XD

Other than the normal sushis on the belt, the restaurant provides other Japanese food as well, like sashimi, bento, udon, etc... They also offer some special sushi combinations which is served fresh when ordered and it looks really nice too! Browsing through the menu, there are so many things I wanna try but it's not possible due to limited budget and limited stomach space. =p

For starters, let's have something light, Ikura CawanMushi. The name sounds familiar? XD Well, it's normal Japanese steamed egg a.k.a. CawanMushi with the extra topping of fish roe, Ikura. Hmm, it taste superb! For Ikura lovers like EdeNz and me, we totally enjoyed the egg, each bite give the perfect taste of the salty Ikura popping and mixing with the plain soft steamed egg. Yum yum, we like it so much that we are so tempted to order another one...

Then, we also order Unagi Rice, which has a lot of eel (Unagi) on top of the hot Japanese rice. From the look of it, it's really tempting and so delicious... It smells good too! Hehe... Well, we basically ate the whole bowl of Unagi Rice in few minutes, the eel is very juicy and the texture is soft, together with the sauce and the rice, it's just perfect to fill my hungry stomach. Really worth to try this, I love Unagi!

Not to forget, we ate a few sushis as well, we chose our sushis very carefully, only try those that's special and can't be find in anywhere else. We had the Tamago Unagi pair sushi, sweet Japanese egg and juicy Unagi, taste great~ Then, one of our favorite, Salmon Ikura sushi, putting Ikura on top of a normal Salmon sushi, wow!!! You can feel the Ikura popping in your mouth and the juice came out, then mix with the soft and creamy salmon... So delicious that I don't have any suitable words to describe it. We also tried the normal sushi roll which consist of crabstick meat, cucumber and egg, the sushi rice really smells good, dipped into soy sauce with wasabi, perfect! XD How can we finish our meal without at least a bite on their special Temaki (California Roll)? Hehe, so we looked at the menu, thought for quite some time... and decided to have a soft shell crab temaki. Looks nice isn't it? The seaweed is so crispy that you can actually hear the sound of breaking when you take a bite. XD The soft shell crab is crispy on the outside and soft in the inside, just nice! We made a good choice. =p

That's not all, EdeNz ordered a special sushi set, Carol Roll. There are six sushis, each of it has salmon wrapping the rice and on top of it, a tiny piece of cucumber and a few Ikura on top, looks great isn't it? XD It taste really great as well! Hehe, the salmon here is really nice, soft and juicy, not too oily not to thin, it melts in your mouth. =)

Feeling hungry yet? Craving for Japanese food yet? Well, just go try it, good experience and tasty food! Haha... This whole meal cost around RM80 for all the food I described and posted, to some people, it's too bloody expensive just to fill your stomach, but for me, it doesn't hurt to treat your taste bud and stomach a little better occasionally. =) I am definitely not letting go any nice food because I am a "live to eat" person. =p

The Seeker

Anime Update: Recently pick up some new series, Shana II and Clannad... Just finished Lucky Star, I am gonna miss all the nice jokes and conversations from Konata. =p The cheer dance was really really nice!

I also finished Mai Hime and Kaze no Stigma recently, will blog about them soon. XD

Last Wednesday, EdeNz and me went out, spent whole day at Mid Valley, eating, walking around and we watched a movie too, The Seeker.


This movie was based on a book, I have not read the book, or even seen it, lol... Well, it's another fantasy and magical story that talks about the light and the dark. Of course, the light is always the good side and the dark always bring destruction and misfortune to the world. The story basically focus on a teenage boy, who has powers and is destined to fight with the dark, he been through many stuff in the movie, can't say much, it's gonna spoil the movie. XD The ending is rather predictable, because almost all fantasy stories have a good ending and the bad guys always die. The storyline is good, but the movie is just ok for me, maybe the casts aren't good enough, I will give 6/10 for this...

Perhaps the book itself is a better choice if you wanna know about the story, since books always provide more details and the description is always better than what is presented in the movie. And it's all up to the reader's imagination how the whole story supposed to look like. =)

Resident Evil: Extinction

Feeling a bit tired right now, I have been out for the whole day, just got back home like 2 or 3 hours ago... Hehe, will blog about today's outing later on, as for now...

On Monday, I went out with EdeNz, Whitey, Bombie, Nonnie and Omni for movie, Resident Evil: Extinction, I guess we all have been waiting for this movie for such a long time, ever since the trailer came out, lol... Bought tickets the day before through the online payment system again, it's pretty handy you know... XD Well, the show is 5.15pm, planed to meet up at 5pm and as usual, everyone was late... =/ Not for long, we still managed to buy drinks and go into the cinema on time, hehe...


As the previous RE is showed so long ago, I couldn't really remember the story, I only recalled some scenes where they fight in a city, being trapped due to some virus spreading and the whole city is isolated... Well, it was something like that right? =p This movie stated about how the virus spread to the whole world, causing humans to turn zombies everywhere and we are near extinction, lol... Imagine we are one of those endanger animals like pandas and white tigers. XD The story continues as how the remaining people fight against those hungry zombies who hunt for human flesh and how those crazy scientists who clone humans and play with people's genes trying to find a cure to control the zombies... Those people are pretty smart, they hid underground, lol... Oops, spoilers I guess? Haha...

Well, there's not much actions and fight in this movie compared to the previous one, but overall, the story is quite good. XD All the high tech stuffs they have in the show is pretty cool as well... At some part, somehow, it feels sad to see how human tries to live, struggle through pain, not giving up hope, I guess that's what all animals do, hmm... There's definitely a continuation because the story have not ended, the cure is yet to be developed, those zombie still remain as zombies and still trying to hunt every normal human on earth, so I guess we all got to wait again, I hope it won't be too long or I will start forgetting everything again. >_<>

After the show, it was dinner time, as expected, during the Ramadhan month, all Halal restaurants is packed with people, having their meals after fasting for the whole day... We all decided to head to Prince's Cafe, at least the place wouldn't be crowded since it's non-Halal. =p Hehe, we ordered our food and started chatting... The funny thing is we think one of the waitress there is interested in Whitey because she tried to "help" Whitey when we were looking at Whitey's cold tea, which has a brown-colored ice in it due to the drink not stirred properly... Then, she told Whitey that's an ice cube lol.... XD Later, everyone's food came except Whitey's and he had to call for the waitress to ask for the food, after 30 seconds, his food came, lol!!! So, we all concluded that she just wanna find a chance to talk to Whitey, hahaha... =p

Well, eating and chatting, had fun laughing at jokes, talking about things in the past and stuff... It's definitely nice to meet up with you guys, so let's do it again some other time, ok? XD Muacks~

Rat-a-too-ee~

As usual, I have been eating, sleeping, staring at my computer every single day I wake up from my sleep, nothing much to do, feeling bored. I decided to check out the cinema site, it has been some time since I watched a movie... Well, I saw Resident Evil: Extinction is out, went on to check the showtimes... Then I saw Ratatouille on the list, I was like "Eh, this movie still got, I thought I won't get a chance to watch anymore." So, after asking EdeNz, I bought tickets for 2 using the E-Payment System.

Well, last Saturday, we both supposed to wake up at 11am, but end up late... We both didn't hear the alarms. @_@ I woke up at 12pm, faster wake EdeNz up, bath and rush out to Mid Valley. We were lucky there isn't any jams on the roads and we manage to get a parking after few minutes search. We got to the cinema around 1pm, get our tickets from the counter, it is already paid, so we can collect anytime we want, quite convenient. =p Well, the show starts at 1.10pm, we got no time for lunch, so just bought mashed potato, sweet corn and mineral water. XD


So, how's the show? Well well... I would say... "I wanna eat that!!!" Lol, seriously, watching the show makes me hungry, those dishes that is prepared looks really nice... The show is quite funny, the rat is so cuteeeee. XD The movie is good, the storyline is good, the animation is really nice! 9/10 from me, the 1 mark left because it is not a show that I would pay to re-watch again, hehe... But really, worth watching, had a good laugh... EdeNz said it was good as well, but he wouldn't wish to eat food cooked by a rat, lol... XD Well, it won't happen in real life, rats are not that smart right? If they are, then their brain can match with human already... XD

After the movie, we went for lunch, but couldn't decide what to eat... We practically walk the whole Mid Valley, after 1 hour, we are in Kenny Roger's. =p Well, EdeNz ordered the new item on the menu, Spicy BBQ chicken meal which comes with a bowl of butter rice, 1 side dish, 1 muffin and 1/4 chicken. The sauce is nice, BBQ smell and a bit chilli which makes it spicy. I like the sauce a lot, quite special and appetizing for me, hehe... EdeNz said it's a bit too spicy, as for me, I think it was just nice, I am used to eating spicy stuff anyway. XD I ordered the normal Black Pepper 1/4 chicken meal, nothing much to talk about... We both love their muffins, served hot and it's crispy on the outside and soft in the inside... Yum Yum!

Then we left the restaurant and walked around, looking at stuff... EdeNz said he was tired, I guess not enough sleep lol, so we decided to go home early for a rest, before we went home, we bought donuts from Dunkin Donuts, hehe... 6 normal donuts and 1 windmill donut for dinner. XD The donuts are nice, we ate it around 8pm, soft and not too sweet, I like it... For me, I don't really fancy donuts as I think they are too sweet for buns and pastry, but after eating these donuts, I find it quite nice... I read many reviews about donuts and they all say there are much better donuts from other outlets, so maybe I should try some if I happen to see any donut stores around. XD

That's all for Saturday, the rest of the time is just for sleeping and watching animes, lol... Another outing on Monday!

Sausage Bites Dip-licious

Note: Finding some job to do, or even a permanent job... Too bored at home. Any good recommendations?

This evening, I went to Pizza Hut with EdeNz to try out one of their new pizza promotion, sausage bites dip-licious... If you listen to the radio, you might have heard the slogan, "Pick It, Pull It, Dip It", this is the pizza they talking about... Previously, I tried the older version of this which has no sausage in it, just crust and you can pull it out 1 by 1 and dip into the hot barbecue cheese... Yum~ It tastes really good, perfect for a cheese lover like me. XD

It's quite hard to imagine? Well, here's a picture I took from Pizza Hut's advertisement on their website, does it look nice to you? Feel like trying it? Lol. =p


Well, we ordered the set, which consists of 2 Pepsi drinks, 1 Garlic bread, 2 Soup of the Day and of course the pizza, regular... Just nice for 2 people. EdeNz wanted something extra to bite, so we ordered 4 Deli Wings as well.

I have always like to try out new pizzas from Pizza Hut, although some say the pizza here is not as nice as other brands, but their new recipes never fail to surprise me and I love some of them, just too bad these pizzas are seasonal, you don't get to eat it any time you want, so if I really like it, I would try to eat as many times as possible before they takes the pizza out of their menu. Hehe, let's see how the food looks...

The drink and the soup came together, nothing special... EdeNz said the soup is not creamy enough so it's not that nice... It's true I have had better soups before in other outlets, maybe this outlet's soup is not that nice? Well, doesn't matter... I came here for the pizza, not the soup.

Then they brought us the Garlic Bread and our Deli Wings. It has been a long time since I ate Garlic Bread from Pizza hut because their normal sets doesn't have that, instead they put in the Cheese Breadsticks. The last time I ate Garlic Bread in Pizza Hut, I remembered it was too soft, so I doesn't really fancy it...

Well, to my surprise, this Garlic Bread is Crispy on the outside and soft in the inside! Just perfectly done. Well, seriously, it would be the best Garlic Bread I have ever eat in Pizza Hut, and it goes well with my soup. EdeNz finished his soup before the bread came, he didn't get to dip it, haha... XD Next time I would consider ordering Garlic Bread as an extra item if the set of pizza doesn't include it...

Just when we finish the bread, our pizza finally came! Wow, smells really nice... Can't wait to taste it, the sausages inside the crust looks delicious as well. Yum~~~

Yum~ It tastes so goooooood. We love it very very much. XD Each piece of pizza slice has three saussges edge attached to it, yum yum, we both ate all the three sausages crust before we actually try the pizza, haha... really good especially when you wrap the whole thing with the hot cheese...

The middle of the pizza is just normal haiwaiian supreme taste and its crust is thin, I like thin crust a lot, because you won't get full very fast compare to the normal think crust and thin crust is crispy too. XD

Well, there's a lot of pineapple on the pizza, tastes good. Hehe... By the time we finish the pizza, both of us is almost full... Cheesy crust and the sausage definitely fill your stomach fast.

Time to eat the chicken wings, hehe... I wonder why, I can't help to love the Barbecue Deli Wings here... I think their seasoning is superb, they added pepper as well, I like the taste a lot and their chicken wings meat is always soft and juicy. Yum~ Finger licking good, well I didn't really lick my fingers, but it's really good, I just love the chicken wings here. XD

Finally, we finish our meal, haha... Filling full even until now... XD I will definitely eat this pizza again if I get the chance, I just love the hot cheese and the mini sausages inside the crispy crust, yum yum~ I still remember how it tasted... =p Anyone wanna go try this pizza out? Yup, Heroes Season 2 is finally out! I have just watched it, it was so nice, get to see all the casts back, cool! More secrets is gonna be revealed, more people with special powers is gonna be discovered!

Cake Mania

Recently, I have nothing much to do except for sleep, eat and play... So, I visited Reflexive Arcade to check out any new fun games to download. Quite surpisingly, I found a new game, Cake Mania 2, which is the continuation or the expansion of Cake Mania, a game I love a lot.

Cake Mania is a simulation game where you control a character, which is the bakery assistant, then bake cakes according to the customers orders and deliver to them as soon as possible. The key to win the game is to meet the minimum goal of every stages, the game has a super goal as well, which is needs a higher profit to reach. At the end of each stage, the money earned can be used to upgrade the shop and the tools used for baking cakes. Baking the cakes requires some technique as well, different customer orders different kind of cake and you must make sure you bake the correct cake or else it would be a waste. Customer don't like to wait long, the faster you finish their orders, the more they will pay you, thus the higher profit. Hehe... Sound complicated in a way? It's actually really fun to play the game as it really challenges how fast you can do all the required actions...

Cake Mania 2 is just an expansion, basically having a different story background, but the game play remain the same, more challenging than the previous version though. The graphics changed a little as well, better I guess, games need to improve else people just won't like it, isn't it? There's screenshots and lots of reviews on the site itself by its players, take a look if you are interested, simple games are nice at times.

If you were to ask me, I prefer playing Cake Mania than Cake Mania 2, I wonder why, maybe the game isn't that smooth and relaxing anymore... It's still fun and exicitng but not as good as the first version, that's my opinion. If you have time or just wann relax and have some fun, why don't try this game? You gonna love it. XD

Little Genting Trip

I went to Genting last week, with EdeNz, as one of my holiday trips after graduation. Overall, it was nice, fun and exciting trip, we didn't really spend too much on this trip, you will know why... =)

Well, firstly, we decided to choose Genting as our holiday destination mainly due to a cheap package offered by Genting, the "888 Deals Holiday Package".

We took the 3D/2N Stay + Breakfast + International Show "Fly" package, which cost Rm97.76 in total for both of us. Worth it right? Really really worth, one night stay at First World Hotel Stand Room is RM58 you know. Now, with this package we get 2 night stays, breakfast and 2 ticket to watch a show, what's better than that? XD

Okay, having our accommodation settled, on Tuesday morning, 11/9, I woke up around 6am (So early!) and leave my house at 7am to take KTM to KL Central to meet with EdeNz and get a bus to Genting. EdeNz reached there first and I reached shortly after 8pm, KTM was so packed. >_<

The fishes came to us because there's a boat nearby I think, you can also buy fish food and feed them but we didn't since the fishes is already gathering. =)

We walked around the park, took some photos as well. =) Then, wanted to play the hanging bridge there but it was close for maintenance. =( Well, so we left and proceed to get some snacks. Hehe... we ate sweet corn and dorayki cake, since we are not that hungry at that time. After eating, we went boating. Not much people as well, but it's funny to see how people park their boat when they come back to the exit, some really funny, cannot control the boat, haha... Well, we took our boat and start moving around the lake, nice cool air, nice scenery...

The boating was fun and nice, I love it, moving around slowly and seeing things around you... So fun! Well after that we walked around and I spoted this cute bear need the water fountain at the entrance...

And there's actually two of them! XD

There are a lot more this kind of shaped trees around Genting though, really creative. Hehe...

Then, there's this big Energizer guy, used to be a coco cola can.

This is old English style phone booth isn't it? There's also a cafe which has the old school red double decker bus for the customer to enjoy their meals inside a bus. Pretty cute and creative. =)

Before we went back to our hotel, we also played the Flying Coaster twice! (Wristband holder get to play 1 free ride) I love this ride the most, really really fun and exciting. It's already around evening at that time, both of us are pretty exhausted. We went back and take a short nap before dinner, afterall, both of us wake up so early this morning. =/

Well, we had our dinner at casino's cafe, hehe... Nisin noodles and a stick of sotong balls cost only RM4, where else can you find cheaper food around... Forgot to take picture of the food, but it was really filling, we get unlimited free drinks as well. We walked around the casino and see how people gamble, pretty amazing, I would say... For me, I would never place so much money for such thing as I don't really find it fun, it's boring for me, until I can actually fell asleep. =p

Around 9pm, we proceed to the Pavilion, the big theatre hall when the show "Fly" is held at. We went in 5 minutes earlier and there are lots of people... Quite unexpected for a time when there's not much people in Genting.

The show was really nice, the story is about 2 kinds of people fighting for the land after human beings are gone... It's a mix of dance, magic show and acrobatics, which makes the show interesting. Their costumes were nicely design so as the stage. The show runs for 90 minutes and we both enjoy it very much. I guess EdeNz never thought that the show is gonna be this nice as he keeps talking about it after the show. XD If you happen to be in Genting, try to catch this show while it's still on, I don't really know how much is the cost of 1 ticket as we got it for free...

After that, we still walked around the plaza, chatting and seeing things and people around before we went back to the hotel room and sleep. It was really a tiring day for both of us, we slept early and actually woke up pretty later the next morning, missed the breakfast!

Well, it was already noon that time, so we washed ourselves and went out again, today there's not much plans, but we are going to visit the Snow World and the arcade. =) We both ended up in casino for lunch again, haha... You see how we save all our money? =p Well, there's more people walking around today... We bought tickets for Snow World at 4.30pm, meanwhile we just walk around the area and had some snacks.

Snow World, freezing cold but it was fun! We get to play with the giant slide twice, when everyone else get to play once only. XD It was really fun but too bad they limit the number of rides. We took photos as well, 4 of them were really nice but it was too expensive, so we only bought 1. Then they have ice crafting of a giant boat or something like that and some tables and stools inside. I tried sitting on the ice stool but it was too cold! Haha... Then people were playing with ice around and we played with the mini slide at the snowhouse. I guess everyone couldn't stand the cold and ran out after 10 minutes... Well, we went out slightly after that as well, it was really cold and getting colder every minute you stay inside.

After the freezing experience, we went to the arcade played some shooting game, some silly games and stuff. I spotted a rat in the arcade, it was really scary! The rat ran around the arcade, don't know where it came from, but I were scared to move around in the arcade... We went back for dinner and yes, we went to the casino again. =) I guess we have been going in and out the casino for many many times but never spent a cent on gambling, that's really really weird, haha... Well, if you observe those uncles and aunties, they gamble like their money can be summoned from nowhere, kind of scary to me... I mean, those money are earn through hard efforts and within split seconds it's gone, how wasteful is that... It's not some small amount of money, you know... I guess they spent like thousand of ringgit in there? Well, it's lucky for me that I don't like gambling.

Around 10 something, we both went to Starbucks and relax a while, our legs were pretty tired, we walked basically whole day! Well, I ordered Javachips Fraps and a piece of chocolate cake, forgotten the name.

Well, the cake was really really really nice! Must try! Both of us love the cake a lot, we even bought another one back to the hotel, hehe... Greedy me... I gonna be fatter, eating so many cakeys in 1 night. It's too irresistible. =/

Well, we watched the TV a while, there are some funny English series showing... Then both of us got tired and slept, since we need to wake up early the next day for the breakfast. Well, luckily we managed to wake in time the next morning, or else the free breakfast will be wasted.

We went down to the hotel cafe, there's really a lot of people there, mostly visitors from China... We browse around, since it's a buffet breakfast, so we can eat anything we like. The dishes are quite good, there are Nasi Lemak, Fried Mee, Porridge, Ham, Sausage, Red Beans, Fried Egg, Scrambled Egg, Toast bread, Bao, Milo, Coffee, Tea, Milk, Orange Juice... They even have croissants other than the normal bread, quite cute looking. I didn't take any photos, too busy enjoying the food, haha... It was really nice, it has been a long time since I had a buffet breakfast and it was the first time for EdeNz. =)

Hehe, we ate quite a lot there but sometimes it's annoying to see those greedy people around when you try to take some food. Well, the breads are not toasted, so they provide a machine for people to toast and then apply butter or peanut butter or jam on it... These greedy aunties and young girls couldn't wait for their turn and they went stuff their breads inside without considering aout other people's bread. Some even apply the jam or butter first then put it in, in the end the bread got stucked because the jam is sticky, dumb people...

Well, after having a heavy breakfast, we went back to our room and packed, then checked out and wait for our bus. We spent an hour waiting for our bus because of some errors in the bus seats numbers and stuff... I was tired that time so I slept for the whole journey of returning back to KL. We reached KL Central around 2 something I guess? Haha, then we took KTM home...

Pretty tired, especially my legs... But it was nice, although it's just a simple trip, but I really enjoyed myself and have lots of fun, putting away all the stress and worries.

Sushi Feast

This whole week is full of outings for me, let's start with the little sushi dinner on Monday, 10/9/2007 together with EdeNz, Matt, Whitey, Shannon and Bombie. =) All thanks to Sushi King's special promotion for members: RM2 per plate for all sushis on the belt.

Supposingly meeting up at 7pm and Sunway Pyramid's Sushi King, but like always, others were late... I reached around 6.50pm, so I went to Sushi King, a few people is already queuing up outside the restaurant. I gave my name to the waitress there and wait for my turn and for the rest to turn up. EdeNz said Shannon missed the train stop so they gonna be late... =( Well, I waited quite long and more and more people started to queue up, the place became crowded and noisy... Hate this kind of environment, especially when you see those aunties keep trying to go to the front and keep asking when is their turn when it's so clearly that there's bunch of people queuing up in front of them... Zzz, can't they just stand quietly at the queue and wait for their turn? *angry*

Anyways, around 7 something, I got a table at a corner and they all arrived few minutes later. Too bad we didn't manage to get a table beside the sushi belt, so we have to go out and wait for the sushi, bring them back and eat. Since it's promotion night, all the sushis basically gone after a few seconds it's place on the belt, especially salmon sushi and unagi sushi... We have to wait quite long for the staff to make new ones and quickly grab them before other people take from the belt... >_< Nice experience, first time in my life I had to stand and wait for sushi and fight for them, lol.

Some random sushis we got... The middle sushi with the whole fish on top is nice, first time eating.

Shannon tried to eat the sushi with the seaweed wrapping it (middle top in the picture above), she totally removed the seaweed from the sushi before eating! Hehe... Later on she tried the sushi roll, I think she really doesn't like seaweed. =p Bombie came a bit later, after we had a few rounds of sushi... He joined the fun of grabbing sushis from the belt as well, haha... Too bad cannot grab much, most taken by people, those people are really fast you know.

Second round, finally we finished all the sushis we took... Can't eat anymore!

In total, I think we ate around 47 plates of sushis, hehe... Didn't get to have much unagi sushi, we tried our best to grab but everyone only manage to have 1 piece of it, wasted. =( All the staff's fault... They took 2 to 3 trays of the unagi sushis and keep it under the table, don't know for what reason... Left only like 10 plates for the customers? There's like more than 10 people waiting for it... Aihz... We suspect they actually keep those sushis for themselves after work... So bad! >_<

It's fun, eating, chatting, playing... Haha... Wanted to invite more people but there's a limit of only 5 friends allowed, so I had no choice but to only call 5 friends to join me, maybe next time... Lot's of people that day, even around 9 something, there's still people queuing up, trying to grab a few cheap sushis. After eating, we walked around, all the shops are closing anyway... Went to giant and bought some biscuits for the next morning trip. =)

Finally, everyone went home, very tired that day, but truly fun!
