Magic Farm

Boo~

I wanted to type this earlier this week but I just couldn't find the right time to do it. =/ I just recovered from a slight migraine yesterday, luckily it was nothing big. =) Anyway, I found this very interesting game from Reflexive Arcade last weekend and spent the whole Sunday playing it, I am still half way through, just finish the story and now at the bonus stage... Planning to finish up this game this weekend if I have the time. XD

Main Menu.

Like the title of this post, the game is called Magic Farm, a single player role playing game, it requires good reflex though, hehe... You can visit the link to read more and download the trial version of the game, I have the crack if you wish to finish the entire game. =p

Game Map.

The story begins with the journey of a young girl to look for her parents, she needs to collect gold along the way in order to pay for the transport fee... The way for her to obtain gold is to actually plant flowers and sell them to the people in town. As she goes from town to town, she meet with different people, gets different clues and finally arrive at where her parents are. This game basically requires you to role play the young girl and plant flowers in a small farm to get gold to proceed to look for her parents, at the end you will be able to save her parents and bring them home safely if you get the gold amount required.

First Town - the Origin of the girl.

The first farm I have!

Second town...

Next Farm.

In Lost Town...

Another farm to get away from the lost town.

Final town...

Get money to save her parents with this farm. XD

The story has 4 different towns which means 4 different farms where you can plant different types of plants available at each town. Each farm has their own flowers type, bugs and water source, each plant has 3 upgrades and the most expensive would be to sell the highest quality of the plants together. At the same time, in order to keep your plants alive, you will need to water them regularly and kill the bugs on screen.

The game is quite fast paced, considering that I manage to finish the story in about 6 hours time... It requires good reflex so that you can pluck more flowers to sell for gold, the more you sell, the faster you finish the game. =) I find this quite interesting and I love this kind of story-based game, I like the feeling of finishing a quest or the story, hehe... XD It was recommended to me by EdeNz and I totally love it, got addicted to it when I first try it and didn't want to give up or stop playing until I managed to finish the story. Right now, I am looking forward to weekends to be able to sit down and finish up the bonus quest as well, hehe... It's a very challenging game, but not too hard to win. =) Try it and you will know how fun it is!

More games coming up, recently got addicted to single players game again. XD

PC Fair @ KLCC

Boo~

Here goes another weekend, it always feels so short when I am having fun, lol... This weekend is indeed one of the better weekends where I have all the time to myself to do anything I want to do, it's been a long time since I get to spend a weekend like this. =/ Coincidently, this year's first PC fair falls on this weekend as well, haha...

EdeNz, Matt and me went to PC fair to walk around and get some stuff for ourselves on Saturday... Left the house around noon and had lunch at KLCC's food court before walking to the convention center. Luckily the sun is not around when we walk pass the KLCC garden hehe... As usual, there are lots of people around, in and out... I wonder if everyone went there to actually buy some stuff or just for sake of the show girls *winks* or they just have too much free time lol...

The layout of the fair is same as the previous one, so everyone has to walk around 1KM from the entrance all the way up to the exit which passes by around 7 halls I think...There are halls for laptops and PCs, audio system and the rest of it for PC accessories and stuff... Some area are not so packed, maybe no one is interested in those products... and some areas are full of people that you can hardly move... >_<" Especially some booth that sells something cheaper than the rest, it's crazy! People just keep hanging around the booth, I don't know if they are actually buying something or not though.

We spent around 3 hours inside, walking, looking and buying stuff... Matt bought a router and a dvd burner and I bought a external HDD, DVDs and earphones for myself... EdeNz didn't buy anything lol! =p I am so broke now, all those stuff used up my monthly savings... T_T Well, at least I finally got myself extra disk space, don't have to keep burning animes to DVDs or limit myself not to download so many series at a time. XD Anyone has any good anime series to share, tell me! Hehe... I also got a set of rechargeable batteries from the Sony Lucky Draw, hehe... That guy actually have to take a photo as proof. =_="

It was raining when we wanted to leave but we managed to use another way to get back into KLCC through Mandarin Oriental hotel, just follow the crowd haha... (by EdeNz) After that we went to Burger King and get something to eat and rest, so tired after walking and standing for so long, and hungry too! Hehe... We finally left KLCC around 6 something, feeling very tired especially my legs lol...

I only realize that I didn't take any pictures at the fair after I got back home... too bad. =( There's actually quite a lot of interesting stuff to share, hmm... Like how almost everyone has an Intel paper bag with them, a very nice way to do advertisement and Dell actually printed their bag in pink... People sitting on the corridors and at the side of the hall... Hehe, so many stuff can't remember all, but it was fun overall besides spending so much money lol...

Sushi King RM2 Promo

Boo~

It's time for food again, hehe... Sushi! My all time favorite... This time it's not something very expensive again, it's just the opposite... each plate of sushi only cost RM2.00 at Sushi King Member's Promotion Days. XD As a sushi lover, of course I wouldn't miss out such a great chance to eat all the expensive sushi I like, which I will never touch during normal days. Sushi King's standard is just average when it comes to sushi but the price is just very irresistible!

The promotion lasted for 4 days, today being the last day but I managed to go for 2 meals which is Monday night with EdeNz and Bombie and Wednesday night with EdeNz and Matt. =) On Monday night, we chose to go to Summit, thinking that most people wouldn't go there as normally that place is empty. I was surprised to actually see so many people queuing up outside the restaurant when we reach, lol... We waited around 20 to 30 minutes before we manage to get a seat, quite a good one. =p

Summit's Sushi King restaurant, very small... Can't fit much people.

Eating sushi.

Chatting while waiting for new sushi.

Hmm, those are the plates I ate...

7 Plates, still counting. XD

Here are all the plates we three ate, try count and see?

Sushi just went round and round the belt, we always choose our sushi carefully, since we can't eat too much as the rice fills up the stomach really fast. We saw quite a number of people there only choose the most expensive purple-colored plates which costs RM6.00 normally. XD There's also a couple who sat beside us complaining to the waitress that they can't get any sushi lol! Because we took all the nice ones before it even reaches them haha... =p Ah well, we spent around 1 and half hours there, eating and chatting, before we decided to give our place to those pity people waiting outside the restaurant... We waited quite long as well, so it's the same! Hehe...

Since this promotion only comes twice a year, 8 days in total... I didn't want to waste the chance. On Wednesday night, EdeNz and I meet up Matt at Sunway Pyramid for another round... Hehehe... There are more people here, obviously lol... So we waited around 45 minutes I think but we were quite lucky that we got a good seat again, just beside the chef... XD Well, I find the choices of sushi in Sunway Pyramid is more and this time, I only picked red-colored and purple-colored plates, you don't get any chance to eat this sushi normally you know. =p People there were basically trying to get all the expensive sushis, leaving quite a lot of normal sushis on the belt. I guess it's a norm, common sense right? Haha...

Sunway Pyramid's Sushi King.

All the plates together.

Hmm, I think it's 25 plates.

My portion, hehe...

When we decided to leave, there is still a long queue outside and it's already 9pm... Can't believe everyone love sushi so much lol, or people just come to eat just because it's cheaper than usual? Besides, it's a bit crazy to queue up for so long, I think many people gave up while waiting for seats.

I had fun eating, enjoyed having all the nice sushis for 2 days, now looking forward to the next promotion which will be at the end of the year. Hehe... I guess I won't go for sushi in a while, to make sure I don't get bored of it haha...

L: Change the WorLd

Boo~

Besides being so busy working during weekdays, I am still trying to find sometime to relax and enjoy during weekends... During the days without the Internet, all I could do is play single player games and watch tv, so boring... A computer without Internet connection is like a half dead person. =/

Because of this, EdeNz and I went out on Sunday to watch movie and hang out... We were quite lucky to be able to get tickets for L: Change the WorLd that day, thanks to Matt hehe... The queue there is extremely long and scary lol... Well, before the movie starts we went for a drink at Gosoline cafe, not drinking gasoline though =p and had a quick dinner at A&W before the shows starts.

L: Change the WorLd

This movie is a spin-off from Death Note which the story ended at the second movie, so all of us don't really know what to expect at all, ready for surprises. XD The begining of the movie has some flashbacks here and there so people who do not watch the previous movies might feel blur because it's quite confusing, from there it goes on and tells a story on how L spent his remaining 23 days to do something for the world. It's very amazing to see a person being so capable, it's just a story but still... he looks really cool, haha...

The main story of the movie talks about how L is trying to prevent a deadly virus from spreading, in between... he met with 2 little kids, a boy and a girl. There are quite a few funny scenes where it shows how clueless L is towards children, lol... He actually learn a lot from both the children and had lots of fun during the whole time when they are trying to solve the case. It's really nice to see some serious action and story development while laughing off to the jokes in between. XD The whole story ended well, though it doesn't change the fate of L. I like this movie a lot, entertaining and it's something I have never seen before so it's pretty interesting at the same time.

The only drawback is the language, since it's a Japanese movie, I have to rely on the subtitles to understand the story and sometimes I find the subtitles very funny, like the translation is totally off... Since I have watched anime for such a long time, more or less I could differentiate some simple lines. When can Malaysia get some really good subbers? Hmm, overall I really like this movie, L has became so famous right now haha... There are really a lot of interesting stuff, you should watch the movie and find them out. XD
